As the weather starts warming up again, I find myself seriously obsessed with this Homemade Iced Cappuccino!
Such a simple & comforting recipe to make at home.
- 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup of 1% milk
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons of Red Mill Maple Syrup
- A bunch of ice
In a blender, pour brewed coffee, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup & ice.
Blend for 10 seconds & serve cold in a mason jar.
As you can see it becomes soooooo frothy, the froth is the best part.
I eat the froth with a spoon!
